Looks like in 2022 we used roughly 450 gallons. This includes a 40 gallon water heater that was roughly 12 years old and replaced with a new one in November, a forced air furnace, and our stove. About 1800SF of heated space that is mostly poorly insulated. We switched over to heatpumps for the majority of our heat this winter so when taking that in to account we would probably average closer to 600-700 gallons depending on the winter.
In the summer the propane is only running our hot water and stove so the usage from about april to october is maybe 150 gallons.

I found my latest job and the 5 others I interviewed for before it all in indeed or linkedin. Before that it was all networking with former colleagues. This was all in the engineering field so YMMV.

Reply to Subaru “all weather tire” question. by BallLikeLucky
Subaru's all season tires are no better than other manufacturers all season tires in my experience. If you expect to drive in heavy snow or slush and have a steep driveway like I do then getting dedicated snows even on a FWD car will be leaps and bounds better than an all season.

Reply to Vermont Lemon Law by 71802VT
The DMV website was very helpful when I needed to get Subaru to buyback my Forester. Some manufacturers may be willing to go with a buyback because it saves the car from getting a branded title, Subaru and I agreed upon following the lemonlaw payment details for our deal, they alternatively offered me a next model year vehicle with the depreciation from my faulty vehicle rolled in to a new loan.
