True, and now the entire surface area of the water is cooling the environment faster at a lower temperature.

That is not what is happening at all. They both have same amount of ice. One has salt that improves the transfer of heat from the environment to the ice.

How can you assume a perfectly insulated cooler? No one ever said anything about that. The answer should be about things that really exist.

This lower temperature system would "stay cool longer" because it is colder.
No, it will not. It will absorb environmental heat faster due the higher temperature differential to ambient. The larger temperature difference between the ice-water mixture and the ambient temperature will cause the mixture to absorb heat faster, thus speeding up the warming process.

That likely affects your credit rating and rates you will get offered in the future. Even if you stop using the card it is still an active account and will be a part of your credit.

It can be confidently incorrect. It does appear to get slowly better. I asked it last week what some good stating words would be for WORDLE. It gave me about 5 paragraphs describing Scrabble including letter scores and bonus squares but no list of starting words. I just now asked it the same thing and it gave a shorter description of WORDLE that was correct but then provided a list of words that ranged from 3 to 8 letters long.

I was just trying to point out that adoption does not depend on your personal circumstance and also give you the reasons why EV sales will continue to grow even faster with a new rebate.

The adoption hesitation you have will not affect people that have places to charge now. The credit combined with the realization that gas can hit $7 a gallon or even more at any time will certainly have meaningful impact. People will go looking for EV's and even if the model does not get the rebate, other models will have their prices lowered in response to it.

This is true today, but there are 10's of millions people in the US that still do not have EV's but could charge them at home. A lot more chargers will be added to apartment parking and work parking and shopping malls. There will be chargers that will give you 200 miles of power in 15m everywhere.

There is new research that shows wearing a mask outside during cold may protect the wearer from respiratory viruses since very cold air reduces the effectiveness of the nasal passages immune protection significantly.

Electric cars have very little maintenance and city driving is not as bad for them as for ICE cars. Tire rotation/changes will be the only major item. This is probably a major reason why they are doing this. It is far more predicable than ICE cars.

Reply to Could Hawking radiation coming from black holes be the same as the dark energy accelerating expansion of the universe? by Rskingen
There is nothing really special about radiation itself in Hawking radiation. Is is just photons like other forms of electromagnetic radiation. It is only unique in the way it is produced at the event horizon of a black hole. It arises from the steady conversion of quantum vacuum fluctuations into pairs of particles, one of which escaping at infinity while the other is trapped inside the black hole horizon.
