Well I asked what address they had for me on file and they couldn't even answer that question. Meaning they didn't even know where to mail it to which is stupid to me because I get all my mail from ez pass why couldn't I get the mail from NY state ?

Lmfao that's a wild sight. I would die of laughter honestly. So in other words it happens a lot more than often and they give the people a chance to just pay everything off correct? Because I'm sure all they want is the boot back and all fines/tickets paid. I'm sure they don't wanna arrest me for it or won't let me pay once I'm there right?

Cool thank you. Although I'll have to pay my tickets + my boot fee at the department, do I still take the boot with me to the department of finance the day of making payments ? Or do I take it after I've made the payments ?

I took it off because I knew it was going to be towed, would lose my job and etc. Wasn't going to pay it on the same day or same week.
