By the time it hits your table, only about 10% is still active iodone, and only about 10% of that 10% is bioavailable... So what's that about .01% left for bioavailabilty.... Couple this, with the fact they removed it from food and water, and started using things like bromide in bread, and fluoride in water etc... They constipated your thyroid (arguably one of the most important functioning parts of the body) with these bad halogens. So now, people are fat, tired, and sick, and that's how they want you, docile and too dumb to realize you are being poisoned.
