There’s a garage next to soundstage. It’ll take a little bit to get out if you leave right when the concert ends but you’ll literally be right there.

This type of pricing gets me an 1100sq ft apartment in the county with my own garage and a dog park. The fact that you’re only in a studio and have to pay for parking is wild. But it’s definitely indicative of where rental pricing is going in the city.

I wouldn’t. It’s a pretty trashy crowd not to mention the weather isn’t looking great so everyone is going to be crammed in tighter.

I’m in my early thirties and live between Pikesville and Owings Mills. Been here most of my life and while you won’t just randomly meet others the same age, it’s a relatively safe and easy area with quick access to everything. Towson/Timonium might give you more access to people closer in age.
