What leather belts are men wearing that have lasted them a long time? I’ve made like 5 holes in mine due to stretching and want a nice USA made leather belt that could last as long as I need, any recommendations?

I am looking forward to purchasing a belt and wallet from them. However, I have heard that quality has declined significantly. Do you know anything about this?

I did have 1 of my 4 belt clasps malfunction over the past 10 years. They sent a replacement for free in 4 days. My front pocket wallet is my favorite wallet I ever got from them. If quality has truly diminished I would assume their warranty would go with it.

If you want to match some red wing shoes, look at North Star leather. The leathers are from same tannery

Those leather belts you can buy in clothing stores? The ones that are stamped or labeled "genuine leather"?

Yeah, that's the lowest grade of leather.

Have a Filson belt for at least ten years and it is used every day. It looks like it will last another ten plus years of daily use.

Mission belt as seen on Shark Tank. It's almost like a giant zip tie. No warping since there are no holes or notches. Living it after hundreds of days of wears.

You want a bridle leather belt. Full stop.

Carmine Jack has an excellent custom belt box. He sends you leather and metal color samples with a measuring tape.

You pick the color combo and sizing, then he makes the belt and sends it to you. ~$160 and it’s the nicest, most durable belt I’ve ever seen.

Check them out

Fox Creek Leather makes all things leather for motorcyclists. Their belts are made from bridle leather and are thick (three US quarters stacked thick). The buckles are interchangeable with screws (I’ve lost weight and bought replacement belts but kept the buckles).

Grip6. Infinitely adjustable, lifetime warranty. I've used mine to hold up a hammock, and I've hiked through the bob Marshall wilderness with it. It's 3+years old and has no signs of wear. It is also one of the most customizable belts, with several choices for belt color and buckle color, style, and material. You can even get TSA safe carbon fibre buckles. They're extremely lightweight as well

Ashland Leather makes really nice belts along with other very high quality leather products made with Horween leather. I have a belt in English tan Dublin and it’s awesome. I also have a shell cordovan wallet from them. Best leather u can buy.

Not sure where you’re located but I picked up an Amish handmade belt in Pennsylvania that was $18 and will probably outlast me. I can give you more details if you’re interested

Hanks Belts. Coronado Leather. I have both, both are Lifetime belts. Coronado has Horween - I bought a color 8 cxl - and Hanks has some of the thickest and nicest belts I’ve ever seen. Although Hanks may be made in Canada now that I think of it, not positive. Coronado is small family owners in Cali.

My vote is for hanks. It's one of the nicest belts I've owned. Very durable very thick leather and really nice quality. The belts are expensive but they are constantly running 20% off sales. I've only owned mine about a year but it's holding up like brand new.
