My stick figure still isn't up to panel one level.

I'm working up the nerv to try the trapezoid for the body.

Should be a huge upgrade over the straight line body that forks into two legs. ^(if I do it right)

I love this — which is why I do 5 minutes, only clean for 5 minutes, workout for 5 minutes, etc. HIIT is so dramatic. I walk. It’s a fabulous workout. Over time I’ve added weights.
