Got a number of things to do and I'm not feeling it, only thing I've done is write a bit today. I need to eat, do dishes, brush my teeth, visit someone, give a gift, shower, do laundry, clean my fish tank, do more dishes and start loving again. Trying to write to help motivate myself and that's the only thing I got going so far today, off to do some dishes.

Yes, you can shower after the fish tank cleaning. Whoever you visit will appreciate it!

Here is a small thing that motivates me: write down a “ta da!” list. As you finish things write them on a notepad. You will see your accomplishments accumulate and feel more able to power on to add more things to the list of things you’ve done! Have an awesome day!!

If your laundry can be done on your premise or in your home go ahead and throw in some to soak while you're cooking. It feels great to be doubly productive because the machine is taking care of it while you make a meal.

If not, that's fine too. Just play some music while you cook to keep you company.

no no, it's needed for me, medical use, I have central nervous system damage and fibromyalgia, it's difficult getting out of bed due to chronic pain

yea it sucks, I was hit by a random drunk driver going +100km/ h on a snowmachine while I was walking and I went about 20 feet in the air and landed on neck/ head. was knocked out for 8 hours, my friends thought I was dead.

Do u know bout Mel Robbins? Watch/read e.g. her Ted about motivation. Her 5 Second Rule saved my life! (When u feel the urge to do some 'uncomfortable' task - you have 5 seconds to move physically, otherwise your brain starts talking u out of it!)

Best thing I go buy is if it take under a minute - pick/ tidy it up! And do this multiple times helps w the small stuff
