Nah, if there's anything America has been careful to maintain it's overwhelmingly excessive amounts of disrespectful levels of disgusting quantities of military spending. That's not even including the secret side funding they can't disclose for "national security" reasons.

Well considering this area belongs to the US/Hawaii and contains many land masses, it’s a slightly different story to an area 120 times larger belonging to dozens of nations with varying attitudes to this sort of thing.
