There are adult indoor leagues at Teamworks in Northborough. I played there a few years ago and it was pretty good.

You can always pop in and hang at the bar to meet people if you don’t know anyone who currently plays. You can also drop your name and number at the front desk. Sometimes there are other free agents in your situation who are looking to make a new team.

I contacted them and they placed me on a team that needed players if I remember correctly. Worth giving them a call to find out more.
