A lot of these people coming from Boston don’t have to commute.. they’re working from home 95% of the time and commuting into Boston maybe once a month for an in person meeting or event. I don’t see this problem going away, unfortunately.

With 4 or more units I believe they need to work with your property manager to get the entire building looked at, not just your unit. I ran into the exact same issue but my PM is currently in the process of figuring out how this works after I gave them the contacts. Will try to update you when we hear back, if I remember. No telling how long this will take ha!

This is so true. I felt like an alien when I first moved here. That being said, once you make some friends they will legit give you the shirt off their back and defend you until your dying day.

I use an eskimo propane auger. I’ve had it for 4 or 5 seasons now. It was like $300ish on sale toward the end of the season/spring time. Not sure what they go for now. A lot of guys will buy a kdrill attachment for their milwaukee drill and use that to punch holes. You could look into that option as well as it might be cheaper.

I highly recommend checking out the Worcester public market in Kelley Square and getting some grub @ Pasta Mani or one of the other great eateries. After that you can pop over and check out seed to stem and some other cool shops. Birch tree which someone else mentioned is also great. Shrewsbury street is also a pretty cool part of town. Volturno for pizza and beer. Kinichi for sushi.
