It is far, but there is the Pure Pasty Co near Fairfax VA that is authentic. Giant and Wegmas have a small selection of British items in their international sections

Culinary Architecture in Pigtown. Right on Main Street. Such a cool shop with different specialty foods from all over the world. The owners are so friendly and helpful, too!

Corner Pantry, Emma’s Tea Spot and really randomly the Giant in Perry Hall has a small international section that always have UK foods.
