A fictional anomalous entity that hunts down and tears to shreds anybody who sees any portion of his face, no matter how small or how far away they are and somehow has psychic knowledge of whenever an image of him has been seen.

So there's a fictional universe called the "SCP foundation" and it's basically about a foundation that contains anomalies, such as SCP-096. SCP-096 (Or the "Shy guy") is an entity that looks human but with disproportionate arms and skinny malnourished appearance, but most notoriously a huge gaping jaw (like in this video). The reason he is called the "Shy guy" is because if anyone sees his face it will run to the person's immediate location. It's skeleton is indestructible and it won't stop pursuing its target until they're dead. Also he's like as fast as a bullet train and can rip through steel like it's paper. The 4 pixels are referencing a story of how SCP-096 breached containment. A photographer was looking back at a few pictures they took during a hiking trip. SCP-096 was in the background, only covering 4 pixels. Even still those 4 pixels triggered SCP-096 and caused it to go on a rampage.

Mr. Kupfer was right, you know. I do love a good joke, and this is the best ever: a joke on the children. But there's a better reason. You don't really know much about Halloween. You thought no further than the strange custom of having your children wear masks and go out begging for candy.

It was the start of the year in our old Celtic lands, and we'd be waiting in our houses of wattles and clay. The barriers would be down, you see, between the real and the unreal, and the dead might be looking in to sit by our fires of turf.

Halloween... the festival of Samhain! The last great one took place three thousand years ago, when the hills ran red with the blood of animals and children.

Because one of the comments above said Samhain is in November, and since November comes after October then Halloween woudl be over, so why would he still be wearing a Halloween costume, because we don't "celebrate" Samhain in the US, so he wouldn't have any reason to wear a halloween costume in November. I hope that makes sense now.
