Made using Excel. I began to properly track my weight/lifting when I started uni in the fall, and finally compiled it all into a graph! (Numbers in lbs)

I trained for about a year and a half when I was around 15-16, then stopped through high school. I just started again the summer before uni, and have been tracking since then!

During my time training in high school, I was able to hit 195 for a single at my peak, at 5’10” and around 160 lbs. Starting back up was a little rough, I even struggled with 135 initially when I got back into it, but consistency and working on my form has done wonders.

As a European I assumed all the weights were in kg at first 😛

If I were your coach I’d suggest changing your approach to the two exercises that don’t show a sigmoid shape (after congratulating you on the two that do). And, yeah, if I were a coach I’d be the type that’s obsessed with performance data.

Dead lift plateau is a smart move. At face value, looks as though you’re not overdoing increases so as to allow your muscularskeletal durability of your lower back to improve, which takes longer.

Could also be because your forearms are feeling more taxed with the heavier weight? If that’s the case, Sarcev’s priority principle, where you exercise a given movement when freshest, might be a suggestion. Additional forearm work can also be a big help, with or without grip wraps.

I feel like the plateau is largely back-limited. It has the least data points because I held back on pushing it until I got a lifting belt. As far as I can tell, my grip is fine, not a limiting factor (I have chalk but rarely feel the need to use it). Sitting at 335 right now, but planning on going for 335 tomorrow, and if it feels okay might try for 345/355. Will see.

Cant say much about deadlift since I have the least experience there by far, but my squat struggled while I was in my defecit (note the ~12lb weight loss), and is only now coming back around.

I’m really enjoying the tracking, gives me a good idea of my progression. The deadlift numbers will need some more time to develop, as I’ve only recently started those, and my squat numbers were dropped while I was cutting (late dec22 - a few weeks ago is).

I’m am so jealous of your bench to weight ratio. At the same weight I was celebrating doing more than 1 rep at body weight. Impressive work.
