Do you mind me asking what tool did you use to prompt you about questions throughout the day? I was thinking about using google forms, but im sure that unless I get reminded to put in data I will not be able to keep myself accountable putting it in everyday.

It's something I custom built myself to text me every day. There are costs involved so I can't really share it for free.
