They haven't lost on penalties. Although they missed one, during the regular time

Edit: why are you downvoting me? Losing on penalties means playing 120 min and then do the penalties shoot out. In fact, Kane missing was 1st penalty England ever missed during the game time (excluding shoot out at the end).
