The texture is what stands out the most to me. It's silky, smooth, and creamy, almost like a custard.

That’s about the only cheesecake I make because it’s very easy. I was running low on white sugar one day and replaced it with coconut sugar. I never used white sugar in this cheesecake ever since. It is so good. It does change the colour of the inside though to something less white but the taste is just so much better.

I probably won't make any other cheesecake after this either because of how simple it is. I'll definitely have to try coconut sugar next time.

I never had this dish but I definitely want to try it. How does it differ from other cheesecakes around the world, besides the flavors you get when you burn something.
