Hampton or Portsmouth. I literally just need to sign a few forms and everyone is mad at me because I can’t get up there as a current non-driver (I had a seisure).

I’ve done a little bit of research but bus lines might as well be a secret or just don’t know about the internet.

C and J bus. From South Station. It stops in Seabrook and Portsmouth. Uber from there.

Just punch it into Google Maps. Most public transport has their route info available.

It depends on where you're coming from, but from Boston you could take the Downeaster to Dover then the COAST bus to Portsmouth.

The C&J goes to Portsmouth, but it's the old Pease Airforce base, so if you need to go to City Hall, you'll need to uber or take a cab from there.

You have (at least) two choices:

C&J Bus to the "Transportation Hub" at the southern end of Pease Tradeport. From the pease "hub', take a COAST bus into Portsmouth.
Amtrak Downeaster train from North Station to Dover NH, then COAST bus to Portsmouth.
