Hi yall, I'm going to be visiting Danvers pretty soon and I'm curious what there is to do near said area. Or really anywhere within an hour or 2 of danvers. I'm open to anything, so any idea will be shown do the other people I'm going with. Also, if yall have any good places to eat, that will be appreciated as well. Thanks for any info!

Within an hour or two is all of New England.
If it were me I'd go to Newburyport to walk around and get a meal.
You could go to the PEM (museum in Salem). They have a historic home from China which was disassembled and reassembled.
Go to Woodman's for fried clams. It's famous (and probably should be) for them and only 15 minutes away.
Go to the beach! Pick a warmish day and go see a couple of the best beaches on the North shore. It sucks trying to go in the summer - but you'll get to stroll the beach, beach comb without throngs of people.
Crane beach and driving all the way to the end of Plum island are a couple good spots.
Drive up to Portsmouth and Portland. If you start first thing you can easily do both cities and be back home for supper.
