Small rant ahead. Just a little peeve I have.

If you are going to post something like this to recommend anything to strangers, provide a link to their website. I know I'm a lazy fucker but it's a heck of a lot easier to navigate using JUST my mouse by clicking a link than taking the time to open another tab, and then have to type the name into a search and then scan through the results to find out which one you are talking about. That could be enough to cause me not to bother. In this case I had to open the tab, type in "frigos" and then click on the link for their menu.

Or I could click this link.

Yeah I know it's silly to be so lazy but that's the way it is. If you want people to look into something you recommend, do a little more work and make it easier for them.

By the way, the place looks fantastic. I don't get to that part of the state often but now I have a reason to make the trip to check it out.

100%. Both locations are legit; but going to the Springfield location around the holidays just feels right.

From Western Mass (and Eastern Mass, it’s complicated), never heard of it. Guess I’ll check it out if I’m by that way sometime.

I'm from western Mass., Greenfield, but I've never heard of it. I left the area in '75, but I have been back a few times. Still.....

I’m trying to go to Springfield to see what’s there when I go visit Greenfield where I grow up. But, nobody wants to “go there”. They always say it’s too far and I don’t want to go alone.

I tried frigo’s for the first time a few weeks ago because one of my coworkers used to work there and recommended it. I work around the corner so I walked to it and they were super friendly and willing to help even though I showed up right before they were going to close for the day. I’ll have to go there in on a day I’m not out right before they close! Would love to try other stuff of theirs!

I would go to West Springfield, I guess that’s where everything is. I’m not sure if they have an issue with safety or the “long drive” they work and have kids and the other option okay honestly he may have an issue with safety but it’s because he’s a “townie” and usually stays close to home and doesn’t travel but dammit, I wanna go. Even my Dad doesn’t want to go but he’s a senior so, I just need the right “hook” for him but I don’t know what’s there because nobody will go to check it out. Lol it’s a vicious circle.

Moved to Springfield in February and I tried the food and dessert. Absolutely fantastic. Right by the basketball hall of fame so you can plan a good trip.

LOVE frigos! I worked at Shelburne falls coffee roasters in East longmeadow and would go to frigos almost every day. I grew up in Boston and it was the closest I could find to a good Boston sub shop!
