Technically she was in "Sugar & Spice" magazine, but it was owned by Playboy Press. I did a deep dive on that crazy rabbit hole after I watched Atlantic City, same director as Pretty Baby. Those photos are online, legally. It's insane.

Basically that. Nudity =/= porn in all cases, and they stretched that (somehow) to include glamour photos.

I didn't like it at all but it was critically praised at the time of release. I love Burt Lancaster but he plays a total dope in the film
