Do you have insurance? If so, this is what you pay them for. They'll fight the battle for you.

Yes many times just having a lawyer send a letter will do it. They don't want a legal battle. They're counting on you being a poor who wouldn't get a lawyer since you don't even have insurance.

I didn’t say they were actual lawyers, it is legal advice. Probably find more people that would know more legally than on a New Hampshire page
