There's a way to do it online with your social security number

tried it. NJ MVC keeps only your NJ address on file. so when you go to obtain it online with your social it automatically sets it to be sent to that NJ address and doesn't allow you to change your address in their system to anything but New Jersey.

that's the one i'm referring to in my post. i can't obtain it this way because you need a User ID, which they only send to you through the mail and can only be sent to your NJ address on file.
