The director was described by former employees as an “uninhibited” exhibitionist who on occasion would strip down to “her bra or her thong” in the open office space, the Volkskrant reported.

They detailed how Darmoni allegedly kissed people without permission on their heads, or would grind against them during mandatory dance sessions.

They described that she started weekly meetings by forcing workers to participate in belly dancing.

“Most of us thought that was terrible. Sometimes Kaouthar pressed her breasts or buttocks against you while dancing. If someone said something about her behavior, she would laugh at you squarely,”

This is in the institute whose aim is the promotion of safe workspaces. And gender equality. Forced belly dancing? Stripping to thongs in open plan offices?

I don't know, how more oniony could it be - introduce black leather boots and flogging? We're already at montyphythonesque levels here.

A place committed to better the relations between genders not only turns a blind eye to more severe gender issues(sexual harassment) but allows spying on those who try to complain about them? Pretty ironic to go through such lengths just to arrive in a 60s style work environment.

You didn't need to do shit to hide anything in the 60's. Sexual harassment literally did not exist. You hid the bastard you had with the secretary you were openly fucking. You didn't hide the acts.

Sexual harassment in the workplace is objectively a "safe workplaces" issue, so it's already oniony for that, but furthermore, regardless of your personal opinion, it is typically considered a gendered issue by institutes like these. That's why it's so oniony.
