Take the East River Ferry, maybe from 34th St to 96th, then back to Wall Street. Cheap and the best skyline views of the city.

Oh, then definitely go stroll around Prospect Park today - it won’t be too crowded and it’s such a beautiful day! Plenty of places to grab lunch nearby as well (regardless of what area you’re in). If you’re up for it, there is an outdoor ice skating rink in the southeast corner (LeFrak Center) that’s very nice as well!
