You got to be kidding me. You’re basically saying that these individuals who threw trash on the street away from the bar aren’t responsible for their own behavior. If they left the bar with cans and bottles, should the bar have come down to this street and cleaned up after these people?

These kids are buying cases of michelob from the beer distributors and having house parties. Highly doubtful they were at the bars
