I’m manifesting that shithole corner store that buys food stamps being shutdown.
Is that what they do? Is that why that particular corner is rife with addicts?
Part of the reason, yes. KJ and Squilla also just don’t give a shit and let that particular area languish despite being a prime commercial corridor.
wouldn’t be surprised, a friend of mine who lives in my hood said she caught the owner of her nearby corner store using food stamps to buy products for the store. not sure if other stores do the same with em but probably so
You’re what…?
…wishing.

I’m answering my own question but really how fucking stupid do you have to be to shoot someone on the subway platform
logic doesn't really apply here
That station is really fucky wucky.
That station and the Girard El are weird, shitty corners in otherwise solid neighborhoods.
Id also throw walnut locust in there bc that shit is so big and spooky that even when the subway is full it feels empty.
The 76ers stadium relocation to Market would actually justify that huge space for sports and concert crowds boarding the PATCO and BSL.
Gary Heidnik’s old stomping ground
I report it at least once a day for safety issues. There are regularly used needles strewn all over the stairs and they refuse to have septa police come for aggressive people

SEPTA should start selling Kevlar vests at the kiosks.
Everyone always asks Why Helicopter? But never How Helicopter. Sad Helicopter noises
True story. Those machines are miracles of humans messing around with physics.
Shooting suspect detained @ Broad & Snyder would be my guess.
A hoy hoy from 10th and Mifflin.

That intersection, and a few blocks East, is a real s**t show. It really doesn't need to be though. Does anyone know if that is Johnson's jurisdiction or Squilla's? The district maps are a bit unclear.

East side of Broad is Squilla, West side of Broad is Johnson
Fun. So basically they'll point their fingers at each other and nothing meaningful will get done.
Remember when people gave me shit for complaining about a giant tent being pitched at this very intersection? Turns out when you allow a corner to become a congregation point for drugs, crime follows. Who woulda thought?!
The sound keeps fading out and I think it’s going away but keeps coming back

Shooting at Broad and Snyder. About 15 cop cars flew down Shunk and 15th Street and saw them stopped down between Ritner and Wolf
