Do athletes or celebs live in center city? Seems like a lot live in the burbs or jersey.

Not CC but I've heard of pro athletes living in those condo towers on the Delaware between Spring Garden and the casino.
Heard the same about the huge building on the Delaware in Queen Village just South of the Moshulu and Chart House.
No clue if that's accurate but it would make sense for rookies and guys who don't expect to be in town for more than a season or two. Easy access to 95, the stadiums, airport, and practice facility in NJ for Sixers players.
Joel Embiid lives in a penthouse at Two Liberty Place I believe. Some Pirates player I've never heard of lives in Washington Square. Doc Rivers has a condo in Old City. Tina Fey has a condo.
I think it's pretty common for athletes to have condos in CC, but it's probably difficult for us to attract non-local celebs when the media capital of the world is 90 miles away.
Kinda lame that people are disclosing the actual buildings people live in. I know they’re public figures but let ‘em have some semblance of privacy, there’s some crazies out there who will show up at their buildings lol.
You'd be correct on Joel
I can't imagine wanting to live in CC as a Philly Sports celebrity. Not to say that I'd be one of those out of towner's that fly in for the season, that's super lame if you're a long term guy. I'd probably go deep in Delco so I don't get mobbed every time I go outside. Not like Joel has the ability to blend.
Hangin' 'round downtown by myself…
Daryl Morey and his wife walk around rittenhouse every night so I assume he’s somewhere around there.

That building's called "Dockside"; I've heard similar rumors/stories.
That condo stuff is sometimes BS. The condo companies sometimes "give" a local celebrity a fully furnished condo for a year, so they can market the other $1 million condos to people who might want to live next door to Chase Utley or whoever.
The actual celebs have their "real" houses in the burbs,
Marvin Harrison lived there for a minute
Daryl actually lives in a underground lair underneath that kiosk in rittenhouse square
nik “SAUCE” stauskas
James McAvoy gets spotted around Rittenhouse a lot!
Kinda lame that you think this information isn’t available to them already. All it takes is a little digging.
Weird hill to die on but keep googling where people live I guess. I can’t stop ya.
Yeah though I wonder if she’s still there, I don’t see secret service outside anymore
Weird hill to die on? Who really gives a shit.
.. I think you answered your own question. Good day!

I used to make fun of how that building looks when I was a kid. In fact it still kind of looks silly
I think it's supposed to look like a steamship
Underrated comment ^
Really? What time usually?
I always thought it was built in the 80s bc of its outdated design but turns it out was built around 2004
Seriously it looks like a condo building from Miami Vice or something
Even if they give em away the HOA is like $4k a month
As someone who is afraid of heights, thinking about living in those penthouses makes me ill. I took the elevator ride up One Liberty Place where they have a viewing room, and my legs turned to jello near the windows lmao. Good thing Im poor.
I worked with that dude at the Apple Store in king of Prussia and he never stopped talking about that. However if i was the one who played drums on sex and candy i too would never stop talking about that
R065 in the wild…
The Green Mile is such a good movie imo. He's great in it
Embiid had to get over his fear of heights when he hit puberty

the guy who played drums on that '90s song "sex and candy" lives in rittenhouse.
