Gym favors a wealth tax which is the stupidest policy ever. It'll incentivize professionals and business owners to move to the burbs.

The tax is on the books and has been since the 1800's. Philly and other counties stopped collecting it in the late 90's but I think that all city counsel has to do is reauthorize it.
