Costco has some good winter clothes without being too expensive.

Was about to suggest Costco. I work outside in the winters and their carhartt-knockoff coats are great. Only like $30 too

Their 32 degree winter stuff is great too.

If you don’t have membership, they carry 32 degrees brand. You can purchase great quality, warm clothes on the company website too.

I came here to say Costco. If you are fortunate enough to afford the membership, or if you have a friend with a membership, you can find full, heavy duty, name brand outdoor gear for like $120. I got -40 winter boots for like $35 one year. You can get a pack of winter wool socks for $7. I got a waterproof winter weather system coat for like $45 a few years back. Underwear, lined pants, balaclavas and gloves are all there.
