Your first best bet is to fly out of Providence and avoid that nightmare altogether. But since you didn’t do that, option two is taking the MBTA train to south station and hopping on the silver line.

Thanks! I failed to mention that I'll be flying international so flights out of Providence are harder to come by

That’s fair. PVD was becoming rather international before COVID, hopefully that picks back up again. Norwegian Air was an absolute dream.

Norwegian Air has re-emerged as Norse. It’s mostly flying out of major airports (Logan, JFK, etc) vs the smaller big city alternatives like Norwegian did. They are pretty quickly expanding (only flight out of BOS is to London) so not sure what the strategy will be.

I only specified MBTA because last minute it’s $13 while I’ve seen Amtrak charge $50-90 within a few days of travel.
