Women have lower blood pressure than men across the board though I would have been impressed if you were a guy but its probably just the protective effect of estrogen you have to thank

95/50ish is my resting BP and I'm a 29 year old man. I used to donate blood and plasma quite a lot in my early twenties and twice my BP was too low to donate, so I basically walked around a bit and got it back past 90/50.

Yeah I used to have that problem every time I donated, thankfully they removed that criteria here in Canada. No more jumping jacks in the screening room for this guy.
