Professional racquets definitely cost more

Absolute max you’re talking $3000 total if they have custom weighting, really weird expensive cross string combos, etc. It’s not going to be a big deal to him.

What? Not really

The commenter implied each is $200, which is retail price. At least very good players get specially designed and personalized racquets that are suited to their needs (I know Nadal does), so I imagine they cost more

Generally speaking, the retail price for a high-end tennis racquet would be around $200, give or take. But that's for retail models that people like me and you can buy off the shelf. Professional players don't use retail models, they use custom racquets that are personalized to their specific needs and playing styles, which may bump up the price a bit. I think that's what they were referring to.

Fair I thought he was saying more than $600 which I think is getting unrealistic, but for multiple $600 would be reasonable
