I hope someone has a local suggestion. Qdoba and Chipotle let you make your burrito but eh.

Purple Burrito, sort of. Not quite a proper overstuffed Mission-style burrito (they’re more authentically San Diego-style burritos, not San Francisco-style), but you can approximate one there.
