I actually suffered financial damages from my SSN and ID being used, so I'm not setting for anything less then 100% recovery of financial damages

not likely, no one ever "recovers" from Identity theft, they just reach a point where they might be able to have some normal life with a bank account.

I’m still having to deal with crap from my grandfathers identity being stolen. He’s been gone for 9 years. You never recover.

Not really the bank took my accounts away once I filed with the ftc and submitted docs to my own personal accounts. Now im out a bank account and out so much money when I don’t even have anything more than 1 Credit card now im on the hook for 8 for a total of $70k

To be fair it's likely you don't get anything from social security anyways because our government mismanages it.

Me too and they offer $25 because that should clear it up. I haven’t been a customer since 2006 and I keep being in their breach. All the damages I will never recover from
