I thought it started really slow, and I understand why people got bored and abandoned it (my wife one of them). But I thought it really picked up at the end, and I really enjoyed it.

I'm one of those people who abandoned it. It kept putting me to sleep in the middle of the day, literally. It's visually stunning, but I found it so boring and flat. Now that it's over, I might try to binge it at some point, but it could not hold my attention.
