Those kids aren't admitted to the hospital without just cause. The concern is not that the ER is busy, but that the hospital rooms are full.

Sure, but we're also talking about "multiple hospitals" being three - one in DC, one in Fairfax and one in Baltimore. I am just saying that these articles come out every year when kiddos are getting sick and it does not mean that there is a crisis situation.
