I searched on the sub, but was unable to find an answer, because my question is somewhat specific.
I'm in my early 20's and have a fairly mild egg allergy (ie no anaphylaxis). I've been interested in doing some oral immunotherapy, or at least speaking to an allergist about the viability and risks. It's a fairly new field of work, so it has been hard to find people. I spoke to an allergist many years ago and was brushed off, but I'd like to try again.
Obviously as someone older there might not be opportunities to participate in OIT, but if anyone has suggestions of doctors to at least speak with about it that would be fantastic.
Ideally something at least kinda accessible via transit from the district.
I've seen Schreiber Allergy in Rockville, and if anyone has experiences with them I'd love to hear it.
Thanks!

Rockville has their own sub, so maybe ask there.
