Vida was super easy to cancel. I was shocked. I was prepared for a fight bc of general gym cancellation horror stories. But it was super easy and available but to do online.

I haven’t found there were hidden fees

I love their facilities bc they are spa like

When you say any type what do you mean?

An investment account is an account like now checking is an account.

You can open that account at different brokerages like fidelity, vanguard, schwabb. And betterment. Those are all accounts not different types.

You can also open a Roth IRA at these brokerages

Similar to how you can open a checking account at Bank of America, ally, TD bank etc

Agree w werewolfdad

I’d add - just have your wife get a credit card. Maybe start w a secure one, or maybe she can get one w high interest, just make sure you always pay it off in full. After a year her credit should be good enough to get better cards.

Why do you want to invest more and outside your 401k/Roth? The answer to this is important for us to give you better advice

I would run an amortization calculator on your base case. And then look at the actually amortization table (where there’s a line for every year)

I would then Recreate that table in excel w formulas

And then add a column for “extra payment”.

Should just be basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication
