Ya, it could be seasonal affective disorder. About 10 million Americans suffer from Winter depression from what I've read. It's no joke.

It has hit me super hard this winter. I’ll go through weeks where I’m my typical chipper self, and then wake up one day an absolute miserable ass. Actually didn’t even occur to me that it was likely SAD, until like last week.

Hit me softer that I feared this year but still has me feeling more sullen than I’d hoped. Still, I’ve come to appreciate how easy it is to find things in DC that can cheer you up during the wintertime.
