The world is in a really shitty spot right now. If a match is lit in the wrong part of the world, WW3 could start. That’s where this war on Ukraine has brought us.

Take a deep breath then relax. I grew up with the previous cold war and at times it scared the shit out of me because I was young and inexperienced in the global political way of things.

Now, with a reasonably long life of experience, I see this as sabre rattling and posturing. Believe it or not, things can get a lot scarier but in the end it will eventually blow over.

It’s not just about Russia though. There’s a developing coalition of autocratic states supporting each other. We need to take that seriously and develop diplomatic countermeasures

They were that close pushing the button in the cold war. What are you on about lol.

You said the very same thing when Russia spent like a month amassing troops at the Ukrainian border, didn't you.

"Just sabre rattling" am I right? A lot of people weee wrong once, wouldn't be surprised if they are wrong again.

Puting is in a position he literally can't back out from, and he was crazy enough to try to invade a souvereign country.

If he actually loses the war completely, don't doubt for a second he will be capable of the worst.

Link to where I said that? I call BS, the same as the rest of your comment. Go play with kids your own age.

It is not. Read between the lines.

Putin has all but publicly confirmed that his entire nuclear force is in the same corrupt, corroded state his conventional forces are in.

You're being fearmongered to by an impotent little man who has no more cards to play. Stop falling for it.

Kind of high stakes to believe that he has no functioning nuclear weapons. Hopefully you’re not a general or head of state.

A conventional war would be bad enough. Mainly my worry is a simultaneous war in Europe and Asia, or another war following an intensified rivalry with all the involved parties. There’s no backing down from aggression here, but even if we win that, it doesn’t mean it won’t suck.

Don't be ridiculous. No one wants to keep fighting this bullshit invasion except Putin. And that impotent little Vladolf Shitler doesn't even pose a legitimate threat to Europe, let alone NATO...and he knows it.

That's why he attacked Ukraine instead of a NATO European country after all.

No, it isn’t. But as for those that think it is, they’re very easily swayed into compromising their own safety to appease Putin.
