Black Rock is an assets management company.
They will manage funds and loans that will be given to Ukraine for rebuilding.

And then force Ukraine to default on those loans, thus taking over and forcing everybody to pay exorbitant prices to rent. I’m aware Ukraine needs the investments. But predatory management companies like BlackRock are not the best.
