Once I was driving in Vernon Hill to pick up my friend and it was raining. On the street to get to hers there was a shirtless man having a yelling argument with someone in a 3 decker as they threw (presumably) his things out of a window. I sat there for a minute waiting for him to move and then politely yelled at him to please move. He gave me a wave and moved to the sidewalk while continuing his argument.

Other than that no issues and I’ve had a few friends live in the area.

Sounds like bullshit, no records of this company having any agreements with Worcester in government document search.

Probably a lease, sign it and they own your roof for 20 years. Hard pass.

I feel this is a very long shot as for most, the few teaspoons of sugar in a good loaf of bread you will find at an artisanal bakery is negligible especially considering that bread is mostly carbohydrates/sugars.

However, I just checked my recipe book and the only recipes for bread I have that do not require sugar are sourdough.

I feel calling around to bakeries and asking if they add sugar into their sourdough bread will be fruitful. Barring that get some starter and get baking!

I mean we had 6 people living in a 3 bedroom for a few months before it became… untenable. As far as the lease goes I would say have your brother and you apply for tenancy and if you have income and references you should be good and then add the tenants to your lease. Ask about roommates when negotiating the lease contract and make sure you read and understand the contract before signing.

“Misunderstandings and lethargy perhaps produce more wrong in the world than deceit and malice do. At least the latter two are certainly rarer.”

I advise that you are not quick to assign malicious intent, but that you read your contract with National Grid and see what your rights are to correct this obvious error for your time and money wasted. If you cannot resolve with customer service I would contact a lawyer who works for a percentage of the winnings.

The contract may state that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the meter, after which you would have no recourse.
