I think its Marlo Stanfield in the Wire.
Literally soft spoken, small in stature, articulate, and calculating- playing a feared/respected ruthless drug dealer in Baltimore.
the way he carries that role, I bet nobody else auditioned the way Jamie Hector is…
even the payoff of having him never raise voice thru the entire series- for him to finally do so in this moment

Tiffany Haddish was never funny. If she was she wouldnt have truly been “cancelled” regardless of what losers on twitter had to say. Look at Louis CK

Sorry to say i learn about most shows thru cancellation
theres simply too many shows on too many services. then they just dump an entire season with no promo and expect ppl to find it
and these networks still making more services- shame.

Imma probably catch hell- but I feel like this is one of those shows thats technically good, well written, twists, etc….
but its just too damn depressing and dark. You dont feel good after watching and its not a great experience.
I just cant go there these days. Same way I cant enjoy John Wick. Like just murder and guns. No.

i dont know i think he played the neighborhood robber pretty much to type- just him being a gay character doesnt really change much
i mean…when Omar came into the projects with a shotgun the kids yelled “OMAR COMING” Not “gay omar”
