I live in New Haven. My girlfriend is not a driver, and has gotten around fine since 2019. However she’s also a grad student at Yale, so she has access to Yale shuttles that go around the city.

I personally would not want to live here without a car, but it seems possible particularly if you plan where you live well.

Replying to you since I’m in a similar sitch. I moved to New Haven about a year ago and all my friends are back home.

I’m a 31 year old dude, I also like beer, comedy, and basketball, and would be happy to get together with you two plus anyone else and just be friendly and offer a shoulder should the need arise.

I have not explored many vets in the area, but I chose Vet Associates of Westville based on the online reviews.

I’ve been taking my two cats there for about a year and have felt very taken care of by the Vets here.

I haven’t lived there, but I was around the corner on Chapel and Howe.

My girlfriend walked from Yale drama buildings to my place without issue, often late at night. I rarely left at night but generally felt safe in that area.

This is one of my fave types of pizza. Sometimes I get a little wild and make it with bbq sauce instead of marinara.

My gf hates pineapple so last night we made one sans pineapple, but finished with a drizzle of hot honey for sweetness instead. It was good but hoo boy, our crust had nothing on yours!
