Over the counter microwaves can be several hundred dollars. The high end ones (with motorized vents and downward facing lights) are about $1000-$1500.
Replacing a broken tray is a lot cheaper if your microwave is a high end one.

Unless there are protests that number in the hundreds of thousands to millions of people all over the country, the Russians citizens are not doing enough.

Nah. The Russian people are complicit in this war. You can't look the other way and claim innocence in this case.
All the assets seized should go to rebuild Ukraine.

I run 5-10 miles per week, throughout the year. My sprint is nowhere close to 4:37/mile.
Most people won't be able to sprint at half that speed for even 1 mile.
Kipchoge is truly superhuman.
