You can't just lump in glucose in the body with the fructose consumed in fruits. Yeah sugar in fruits is much better than eating refined sugar but it's also not a substitution for a vegetable.

I like how they always lump fruits and vegetables together. Like eating a bunch of sugar is in any way similar to eating a bunch of broccoli.

People rag on ryobi a lot but I have had several of their tools for about 12 years now and they are great. Even some of the original batteries still work enough.
