I'm usually one of those GAs (grumpy assholes) who was prepared to respond with some bullshit snarky response, but your itinerary was so damn good I've packed that away (will save it for when the incessant, relentless and annoying AF fireworks begin in a couple months).
In the meantime, yeah, Worcester does have some cool shit to do for an out of towner.
Add in the Worcester Historical museum, swap out Armsby Abby for the Boulevard Diner is $$ is tight, and avoid Worcester if there is still snow on the ground and Kelly Square AT ALL TIMES, and you're good to go.

Excellent response. Would just add the Worcester Art Museum and push off a visit until later March, early spring as Worcester roads with snow banks still abounding is a colossal pain in the ass to drive around.

Best part...the 3rd party vendor machine in the store to take payments doesn't work...hasn't for days.
The, on 1/31, they couldn't process payments because their system was down...yet they could process orders for new service?
FFS, just take the payment, issue a receipt and fix your shitty system later.

I got into a contract with Town Square Energy as a supplier about a year ago and I pay only 11.7 cents /kwh.
Also, my business partner started unplugging everything in his house that was not needed and his bill dropped by $150 / mo.
Look for cheaper supplier and unplug lamps and such you are not using.

If this stupid baseball team was such a great boon for the local economy, then why did Pawtucket let it go?
I moved here in 1987. This city had a bone for the Pawtucket Sox even back then.
As expected, Worcester, in this scenario, is the barking dog that finally caught the car and has no clue what do do with it now that he's caught it.

No affordable housing projects, rolling over for developers to price the poor's out of town.
But we have a goddamned baseball team.

That's a roundabout way of saying gentrification.

Better than it is now after the redesign due to that goddamned baseball stadium.
Worcester has almost ZERO fucking affordable housing...but we finally got a minor league baseball team. 5 year waiting list for subsidized housing, but we have the Woo Sox!
Bullshit priorities on display for everyone to see.
PS... Calling anything in Worcester "Woo-whatever" is cringe of the highest order.
