I haven't had that since I was a tiny child. Looking at pics on google I can remember the taste, I didn't much care for it.

Will they reinforce the existing hollow building to prevent structure collapse? Parking garages collapse when snow isn't properly removed from the top floor, so on face value I question if a 3 story building would be practical.

Thank you for saying this. Mental health crises on college campuses remains a serious concern. I myself like many others have lost friends to the tragedy of suicide and one of those tragedies occurred in a dorm environment. The demand for performance, social isolation within crowds, lack of academic support, bleak living conditions, and absence of substantive emotional connection or uplifting community relationships is traumatic for students at any stage in their academic careers. In the last 10 years, there have been 14 suicides at just one local college campus, with no publication due to "privacy concerns."

Kingston, NY! Their infrastructural social policies have remained largely untouched since the 50s so you'll see lots of classic racism, hospital-acquired infections, punishment as mental health treatment, sinkholes in roads and failed anti-drug policies. At night, you can see the flickering methane torches burning near the top layer of the landfill!

You mentioned meteorology, it might interest you to know that this year is a La Nina.
From NOAA.gov: Typically, when La Niña is present, slightly above average temperatures occur across the northeastern United States.
Location of the jet stream: If the jet stream sets up over the coast or further west over the Appalachians, warmer air will be infiltrated off the Atlantic and over the coastal plain. If the jet stream is further east, it would allow for colder air to advance further south and east.
Timing: This is especially key with winter storms and forecasts. If you’re a snow lover, you would want cold air arriving and in place during and a day or two before a storm system arrives or passes by. A fresh injection of cold air, that may only last a couple days, paired with a nearby storm system would be enough for snowfall.
Just try to appreciate that there are currently no active drought conditions in MA and that it isn't -20 like it has been in many previous years.

West of Holyoke here. Given the cost of energy I cannot complain and I certainly don't miss the back-breaking shoveling of 2020-2021. 2019 I had to shovel the driveway in shifts. I do not mind 40 degrees and cheerful sun by comparison.

No, you must give a tenant (any guests residing at a property for longer than 30 days, and in some places 14 days) a formal eviction notice to have them forcibly removed from a residence.
It's not because there is a child involved. I was emphasizing that the person who benefits from this is the child because it gives the mother time to find a place to live other than a car (which would constitute criminal neglect).
If the scenario you described has happened to you, and communication fails and the person refuses to leave, serving an eviction notice will be a punishment for the adult and not the child because the adult will have an eviction notice on their tenancy record, whereas the child will not because minor children legally cannot agree to tenancy contracts.

The ex has to serve them a formal eviction notice which takes time enough to give this person the opportunity to find appropriate housing for their child, otherwise they could be charged with endangerment and neglect due to inadequate shelter.
These are measures that are put in place to protect vulnerable children, who did not ask for a life like this, but who are innocent victims of shameful absence of communication, planning, mutual consideration, or respect and compassion, between each of the adults.

You're not going to live in a car with your three year old, you're going to call Safe Passage and get a place that is safe for that child and you to live until you have an apartment. Otherwise, having lived at the residence with your ex for over 30 days, you're going to assert your tenant's rights and stay there UNTIL you have a safe place to live. You risk having your child taken away from you living in a car, in winter no less.

Reply to Social Security by Sgt484
Remote meetings with government offices are actually things that are put in place months in advance and are not determined on a weekly or daily basis. Even if the cases in your area are low right now, the chances are that in June or even last January the measure was put in place for any given government office and they will follow that rule until the time period expires.
For Social Security, often there are vulnerable people (chronically ill, immune compromised) who receive benefits, so remote meetings work best for those people. If you're not in that demographic, it's more convenient for you anyway to have a meeting with someone over the phone. You're saving gas, you don't even have to put on pants. Any reason why you would prefer going in to an office than just having a phone or video call?

I met this guy outside a town hall a couple years ago while he was handing out racist pamphlets mocking indigenous clothing and heritage. He tried to give me the pamphlet and I said no, handed it back to him, which he didn't like at all. Great first impression.

It sounds like their point of sales system collects your email somehow when you use your credit card. Likely the option to opt out is either not presented on the screen, OR it is there but difficult to see. It may be possible to go through your card company or bank, and see if there's a way to automatically restrict the release of your email when you make a transaction.
