Can you imagine how much water would leak through the walls if they removed the grime? Only thing keeping the tunnels from flooding.

It is. I wonder how long it’s been a strip club? I am curious if there is an easy way to look up all the past businesses that have been in a building.

I was renting a car once in California and got asked if I had the same president. The clerk didn’t recognize my license as being from the United States.

Does your school have a baseball team? Pitching coach might have one to lend during off season.

Just opened, so they are still just figuring things out. I’m not sure they’ll be doing bagels and bread, but the sticky roll and cinnamon bun I’ve tried were really good. Coffee offerings are very solid. Good addition to the neighbor.

And their staff is lovely! Their bagels don’t have the proper chew and density of my favorite ny bagels but they do make a damn good sausage egg and cheese. Super friendly staff and definitely a solid contender for best bagels in the city.

I heard it was site contamination that delayed things. Forgot what the source of that info was though, so take it with a grain of salt.
It does appear that there’s been some changes there in the past few months, hopefully they’ve got a path forward.

Same. Favorite thing to do when I have time is grab a pastry and a coffee and take my dogs over to Waterman dog park. Dogs get leashed up outside while I’m grabbing my food.

Pricey. But so damn good. Amazing pastries. The older woman (owner?) often working the counter is always so nice- I wish people wouldn’t be asses to her.

The steeper the hill the shorter it is 😀 still need to get to the same elevation eventually.
I think all of those streets are about equal. Meeting is going to be the same. Main and benefit are both flat and parallel for that stretch, so there’s no real change between them.

I don’t even like using the sidewalk on that section of road. Popping up to benefit if you can handle the steeper hill is the way to go. I normally go down Park and then pop up meeting street to get to benefit.

Got a coax run? I assume not or you’d move the modem up from the basement. But if you do, MoCa adapters are great for doing Ethernet over coax.
Powerline Ethernet also exists, might be a viable option here.

I’m sad for the pole now. I want to give it a hug and let it know it has helped return a lost kitty to a warm home.
